Brad Chandler was the agent for the house we tried selling since last September and we are thoroughly convinced that it had to be him all along, because I don't know if any other agent would have been able to see us through, the way he did. Last September when we tried selling the house we had lived in for only a brief period of time, we quickly found out that we had unfortunately inherited a complete nightmare situation; turns out the house had liens, fines and citations against it from the county, also from L&I and from HUD. Some of the infractions dated as far back as the early 90's. The house was purchased in an auction and all that info was never passed on to us at the time, until we tried to turn around and sell it. After about 10 months and thousands of dollars invested into trying to clean things up, we were finally able to sell it just a few weeks ago, after roughly 10 months. Brad and his assistant Cassie did all the heavy lifting for us from the start and saw this through to the end. They did 100% of all the legwork on communicating with the county, L&I, HUD, engineers and with contractors. To say they went above and beyond is the ultimate understatement. Brad was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first time we met and displayed the highest level of empathy and professionalism through and through.
