An agent on our team was showing one of our listings. The seller was someone who had already made quite the impact and not in the way you may think. The agent arrived with their client and was met by the seller, carrying a bucket of live mice. The seller thought that the client was someone he knew (and disliked!) so he threatened to throw the bucket of live mice on the client until the agent made it clear that wouldn't be happening, and he was misinformed of who the client was.

I was showing a client houses for her Grandma as they were trying to re-locate here from the Seattle area. One day, as I am driving to a home to do a virtual showing for her. I gave her a call to make sure she was available at our discussed time. She answers the phone and says, "hey, my mom is getting arrested right now, can I call you back?" Sure enough, her mom really did get arrested. Her Grandma was ok and they still ended up buying a house with me.
